Indicative results

Thermalix calculates heat loads, cooling loads, energy use and, for buildings in Cyprus, an indicative energy class, for design and comparison. Its results are not an Energy Performance Certificate in any country (in Cyprus only a Qualified Expert using iSBEMcy can issue a ΠΕΑ), and they don't replace the design of a qualified engineer. Check the inputs and the results before relying on them.

No warranty

Thermalix is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use or from decisions based on its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Your projects

Your projects are stored in your account (Supabase, in the EU) so you can open them again. They are not sold or shared. You can download them, or delete them and your account, at any time (Account, from your initial at the top right). The privacy notice says more.

Intellectual property

The software, its calculation methods as implemented, its calibration and its content belong to the operator of Thermalix. You may use Thermalix through this website; you may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute it or its code, or use it to build a competing product. Weather, price and building data from others are credited where they are used.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the version on this site applies. They are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
